Competition Rules

1. Entrants must provide the details requested when entering the competition. These are usually: first name, surname, telephone and e-mail. Some competitions may request further pertinent information. We reserve the right to publish your answers/entry on the cash-is-cool.com competitions website page.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.
4. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.
5. Deadline for receiving entries is stated in the cash-is-cool competition page and the winner(s) will be contacted directly.
6. The prizewinner(s) will be selected from the entries, and contacted by the cash-is-cool editor. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winner(s) will be contacted personally.
7. Prizes must be taken as offered - there are no cash alternatives. In the case that the prize offered is cash this will be delivered on a pre-paid card or transferred to the winner using the services of Western Union or similar.
8. The editors do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9. Entrants must supply full details as required for the competition, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
10. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of cash-is-cool.com Ltd or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
11. The editor's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Producers reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering any cash-is-cool.com Ltd competition.
14. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. This competitions are promoted by cash-is-cool.com Ltd., the Editor.
16. The information you provide will be bound by the cash-is-cool.com Ltd. privacy policy which can be found on this website.
17. cash-is-cool.com Ltd. may use the information you provide, including that collected via 'cookies' (which tell us which of our web pages you visit and how you move around them) to run and improve this service/site. We would also like to use your details to inform you of services, products and events that we believe will interest you and to conduct research ourselves or by agents.
18. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize(s) unless otherwise stated.
